Arte Pizzeria opened its doors in 2008 and hasn't looked back. What started as a small neighborhood pizzeria on West Eisenhower has grown into a Loveland institution — voted best pizza in Northern Colorado year after year, and the place locals keep bringing their families back to.

We do it the slow way. We shred our own whole-milk mozzarella every morning. We grind our own tomato sauce in small batches. Our vegan dough gets a longer, slower leaven for real flavor and easier digestion. Every pie is hand-stretched — nothing rolled, nothing rushed.

Beyond the classics, we run a rotating seasonal pizza that celebrates what Colorado growers are doing right now — Palisade peaches with caramelized onions and goat cheese one month, fire-roasted tomatoes with stracciatella the next.
